Do we need a 3-year contract?
Neverinstall Private Cloud has no 3-year lock-in. Your quote records the agreed term.
How are service commitments recorded?
Contracts include uptime and support response SLAs, with penalties if we miss them. Review the scope and targets for your deployment.
Which currencies can we pay in?
We bill in local currency in India, the United States and Singapore. Elsewhere, we bill in US dollars.
